Our Mission Statement:

- To nurture those who believe in Jesus Christ through worship, prayer, Bible study, and fellowship.
- To minister to the needs of people through practical expressions of Christian love.
- To call believers to growth and responsibility through Christian education, stewardship, and service.
Church Membership
New members are always welcome at University Baptist Church.
Membership in the church comes by:
- Profession of faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and being baptized by immersion
- Transfer of membership from another Baptist church
- Verbal statement that you have been baptized by immersion as a result of salvation
- Watchcare: you retain your membership in your home church, but you unite with us for a period of time — college students, military personnel and others often find this type of membership beneficial.
